* Tables & Chairs Rental Fee waived if your team sets and breaks down the room.

* Overtime hours are calculated in 30 minute increments:
~ $100/hr Weekdays & Fridays after midnight
* Walk Away Cleaning Fee (our crew cleans the room) is a charged at 2 people x $50@ per hour needed. Does not apply if left Broom Clean (room looks just like you found it with trash brought out, floors and surfaces clean, and all tables/chairs put away, etc)
* Rental/Damage Deposit of $250 (non-refundable) will reserve your date. Deposit due with signed contract. Deposit will be applied to the balance due if room is left Broom Clean. (For rehearsal dinners scheduled before Sept. 30th 2015.)
* Client may purchase and supply own alcohol, or may purchase through your caterer. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender or by the bartending staff of The Clubhouse on Queen Anne at $35 hour, 4 hour minimum. Ask about rates for wine tastings or sommelier services. 10% Discount & Free Delivery available from Esquin Wine & Spirits if coordinated thru Clubhouse.
WA sales tax applies only to any additional charges, not on venue rental.
